English Lab - Jan. 26, 2011

During lab today we began reading on page 19,"Kinds of Support for Reading-Based Writing" and then suddently a knock on the door. We then came across new students that were lost trying to find the EN 100 class. Their names are Chelsey & Michelle (sorry if i have mispelled your name, forgive me) and I would like to welcome you to the class! Well back to reading we went and what we went over are citing our work - MLA format, plagiarism and that plagiarism is an AUTOMATIC FAIL so students don't do it. We all should practice the MLA format because it is very important when writing formal documentations. We also read about "The Struggle to Be an All-American Girl" and that opened my eyes that there are people that actually want to be something they are not and that is natural but never forget where your from.
